Totally, toxicity overloaded, sexual assaults used as a plot device everywhere in BL, like BL was a genre for rapes and abuses, where BL is not even a 'genre' itself, it just points out the sexuality of main characters, but people connect it right away with a damn toxic sex, as if there was still a belief among people that homosexuality is something evil! Seriously, hard to find a BL series with a well throughout plot and storytelling, without even a SA attempt these days...
Why are BLs like this nowadays man. Just sex sex . Its like sex is the only plot plus some angst my gawd. Long series are filled with angst ,rape,black flags. Atleast give a little idk better story in short series ,cuz u dont even need to think much if the story is short.
