Idk what to say but... I think she just feared what he might say to her having a baby with him. Even though I could hardly agree to the reasoning on the later panel of the storyline about him saying about him hating having a child.. SO she might thought that he might ask her to abort it or either kill it after being born? Either way she feared about the future they might have. (〜￣△￣)〜
I get that, but like… there are ways to ask that difficult question without asking it directly. Idk, how about, “hey how do you feel about having kids together?” Or “hey, should we have a kid?” “What will happen tomorrow when, let’s say, a kid of ours do…?” Again, i can’t understand how do you have the ability to manage a dukedom, basically a small country but have zero skills to discern what your “adversary” is thinking.
