I'm sure they'll explore it soon. I also feel they will delve into why the blonde is so attached to/seeks out the mc so much. It seems like she is no longer friends with any of those other girls, and that will likely be explored in due time.
I theorize that blondie did it cuz she was uber lesbian for the brunette and did it to get rid of competition albeit in a really twisted way or to cope with her inner homophobia or both.

I am still sat but I need the author to calm tf down and explain some stuff to the audience. Like obviously bitchass Jina was (and maybe still is) in love with Jin-ah and did all of those things out of jealously and possessiveness but these grown ass women can’t get into a solid relationship before the offender apologises first for shit she did. The base for the relationship (be it friendship for now) atp is wobbly at best so give us more plot!!!!!!!! Give us more flashbacks!!! Give us Jina’s POV!!! Did her ugly friend convince her to ignore Jin-ah after the boyfriend incident making use of Jina’s feelings of betrayal because her bestie left her?
Thats also what i'm thinking too. I sucks you can see Jina become complacent with the blonde one as if they were living high school the way it should have been. Whole time this girl still might not have found herself and is likely willing to do anything and hurt Jina however many times it takes to get what she wants.
I can see the rising action toward the blonde one doing something really self-centered like kissing Jina's now partner or trying to get her in trouble at work. Then reconsidering her behavior when she realized she's gonna loose jina for good and "OMG I MIGHT BE GAY?!!?!"
