Usually it's like that. I agree. But MC is actually kinda built differently. I think, he already knows the moment gangster told him the loan was paid. MC seems the typical naive but he is pretty levelheaded and I think... hope, that instead of focusing on his pride, he will take this as just good karma and move forward with his new chance in life.
Yeah, I am kinda over the whole " My pride " Arcs.
It wud be nice if he just accepts that someone is there in the world who genuinely wants to help(I guess the seme genuinely wants his perk ass atleast xD coz I don't think he has developed feelings yet)
I think yeomin will work hard to pay monthly interest to the seme but the seme will offer a diff kind of contract like " Do well in school, take care of my house, eat 3 times a day" As interest etc
From my PhD in yaoilogy and with help from my honors in Mpreg studies, I think I can say that taking matters into your hands and solving every issue esp concerning debt from a kind, innocent kid like Yeomin rarely ends well atleast initially.
I can see some chps coming where Yeomin pride is hurt and he doesn't want to talk to the seme
