well didn't the author say it's not BL and it's js borrow with queer characters? (bc BL means Boy Love which is relationship b/w boys and there's no romantic relationship between two men here and can't be as well) like, i get the author they wanted to write horror genre with gay character MC (and I'm assuming real hikaru was also bi)
