Yeah same for me too but it doesn't always end up into bad situation cuz there are so many couple irl who never gave up and that's why they still end up together yk. It's like that for century and we all know what type of situation should be "no means no" and clearly this one is not. He doesn't give up and genuinely want to be friends and they did. And the other guy fell in love in the process, know him better now, so both parties is happy. I don't get why there should be sad and despair doing all unnecessary stupid thing like oh now you like him back, you should chase him like he did. It doesn't make sense at all.

Asking where is chasing arc is crazy cuz you guys want entertainment when they are giving reality. You guys had no prob with boy chasing girl even tho girl refuses him. Then she got to know him better, then attached and finally like him back.
