Can I have a general breakdown of this story?

the heroine is a shut-in who ends up playing on her brother’s account in an mmorpg. since her brother is the guild leader, she has to pretend to be him to maintain his position in-game.
meanwhile, the hero is an idol with serious trust issues, so he disguises himself as a woman in the same mmorpg. when the heroine (using her brother’s account) approaches him, he mistakes her for a creep trying to harass him.
the story was quite angsty and heavy in the beginning, though it does get better. if you’re looking for something sweet and sunshine-filled, this one might not be for you but the art especially the chibis are soo prettyy
