Omg right? My whole reading list is gone, I had about a total of 400 mangas and manhwas
right? I have 3k in already read list and 1k on reading list, I'm losing my mind

Only titles that you rated or tagged will come back, the rest is lost. Check in your "want to read" and "already read" lists, some of your bookmarks may have been restored there.
They're not going to fixed. MGO suffered a huge glitch/server crash when all the people who were reading on B*to rushed to sign up here. MGO was only able to save some data from that crash. If you had tagged or rated comics most of it was retrieved, but others (a fair amount) were lost.
You have two options now:
1. Wait and see if the rest of your comics will be restored.
OR
2. Do like many of us and start rebuilding your lists. And also creating a backup just in case. >_<

We save it all and leave it, then kabooom it's gone now
thanks for the advice! too bad i never rate or tag my saved manhwas :( maybe i’ll start rebuliding my list again
... I feel like a failure cuz my read list is so small.... Just gonna have to start over I guess
Rebuilding Your Lists:
1. Use your previous (old) notifications to add to your reading lists. (This has been tested and works to start receiving notices again.)
2. If you have any bookmarks -- re-add them to your lists.
3. Use any previous comments (topics) you've left on stories here to help your lists.
4. Use your history (clock icon) to add to your lists. (If you see nothing, click the "Show All" link. It may show something.)
5. If you have a favorite author find a story written by them and start adding the comics listed under their name.
6. If you follow someone look through their lists and start adding to your lists from there.
7. If you have a favorite unofficial scan group -- use their website to add to your list. If they are defunct then use Baka Manga or another avenue to see what series they worked on to add to your lists.
Anyone know when our bookmarks are supposed to be fixed???
