Not fully, some people got half of their mangas back, some none I got 2 so It's safe to assume you just have to manually place them back on your lists

I suggest you not edit your lists until the devs say they're completely done with editing them. I talked to a few people that had issues with titles disappearing after they added them recently.
And no, the devs didn't do it on purpose.
Check your browser history, bookmarks, open tabs etc.
Save your new list off the site and back it up periodically with a data scrubber (see my prev comment with a link, it has a data scrubber made by Gurl)
I will never be able to recover everything I've had in over 5 years, but lowk for me anything is enough.
