I've been off the site for ~week. Anyone know of any uploaders that were successful in uploading a new series?
You have to send an email to upload new series, and as devs weren't reading them, some uploaders haven't been able to upload new stuff.

Making this to share what issues I’ve kept track of.

Overall issues:
・Comments not uploading properly - having to post 3x sometimes
・Constant log outs on mobile
・Stuff not being added to lists properly. Please check they’re in your lists.
・Not being able to delete stuff from lists.

CONCERNING ENTRIES
March 2: A user added stuff to their lists and confirmed through their homepage that it was added. And it still disappeared later.
February 24: Re-added something to lists after crash and it was gone. They confirmed it was in their list after they added it. Followed up on March 10, they’re still having this saving issue with some manga.

・Because you can only see the last 100 pages of comments, there are more documented issues that I wasn’t able to recover as the comment is not in my browser history.
・I have the links of people posting their issue, but won’t share for privacy reasons.
・I’m not including any issues that seem like they were caused by the list wip

19th- Site traffic surge after THAT site shut down.
24th- Site goes down
26th- Site comes back up
・Lists missing, constant logouts, etc.

[February]

4th- Email confirmation from devs list data was lost.
16th- FAQ created
18th- Site went down for a little bit based on my search history
ㅤ‣ IIRC, some others posted they experienced it too.

21st- User added 1 title, on 19th, realised it was missing 21st.
ㅤ‣ May just be a data entry issue
・Weird personal experience. Opened a user’s homepage and their list showed they had 0 in WTR but it had thumbnails of manga. Refreshed and it was gone. Idk what this would mean.

22nd- 2 users had issues adding stuff to their albums. Posted 9:56 + 9:59
ㅤ‣ Resolved now. Seems the site was lagging for both.
ㅤ‣ Anything they added to albums at that time didn’t save properly.

24th- Re-added something to their list after the crash. Realised notifs weren’t coming, so they checked their list and it was gone.
ㅤ‣ Followed up March 10. They did properly check it was on their list.
ㅤ‣ Still having issues adding some stuff to lists. It just won’t go in even if they confirm it was saved.

26th to 28th- Likely missed some issues due to being sick.

28th- A user had issues with custom lists seemingly. Added something to list, and then checked the custom list it was in. Showed as empty. Refreshed, still empty. Was logged out.
ㅤ‣ Took 3 tries to either log in or put work into list. Unsure.
ㅤ‣ List came back, then showed 0 later. Seems to be fine now.
ㅤ‣ Did follow up. Might follow up again. Couldn’t understand well.

[March]
1st- Followed/ favourited custom lists gone on the user’s side. I could see them.
ㅤ‣ Follow up March 7. User still can’t see them. I can.
ㅤ‣ Waiting to confirm more information.

2nd- User is unable to remove works from a custom list.
ㅤ‣ Followed up. Tried multiple times a day for ~2 weeks.
ㅤ‣ Were finally able to delete it March 13.

・User added to WTR but entires weren’t there when they closed the site.
ㅤ‣ Followed up March 9. They checked properly because they were paranoid after the site crash.
ㅤ‣ So, even if you did check it went through properly, there is a chance it could still disappear.
ㅤ‣ Posted March 5. User noticed it on March 2.

3rd- User says they have random bookmarks that don’t belong to them
ㅤ‣ May be about mixed lists? Waiting for follow up since March 6

4th- User can’t delete an entry from their list. Just won’t take it out.
ㅤ‣ Followed up on March 8. User still can’t delete it. Allows user to edit the entry though.

6th- 2 people unable to add stuff to their lists after site crash
ㅤ‣ Response from one person. Added stuff, then noticed it was gone later.
ㅤ‣ May again just be an issue of changes not being reflected properly.

・Site Error 522. The website stopped working for a bit.
ㅤ‣ No one replied to the post, but 3 people liked it so maybe multiple people experienced it.

8th- Notification issues from 2 people
ㅤ‣ Response from one user. Added stuff to their lists after crash.
ㅤ‣ Confirmed they received notifications for it normally after adding after the crash.
ㅤ‣ Checked some mangas and they had an update, but they weren’t notified.
ㅤ‣ Asked to them to keep me updated.

9th- User keeps adding to bookmarks (Unsure if it’s bookmarks or list.) They keep getting deleted every time they log in. Says they re-added them 5 times with no luck.
ㅤ‣ Waiting for a follow up to confirm more information.
