Wait your're like the first acc I've seen that got nothing back. Did you not rate or tag anything? Your acc was made in 2022 though. Last I heard they managed to restore unrated/untagged stuff up to early 2022
it's not your phone, it's the site, it happened back in January. and it's still in the works of being fixed. if you didn't rate, mark or tag your stuff in some way they are gone for good. other wise you'll have to wait until the devs say they are done with the fixing and then you can contact them and say "uummm help" and they can tell you if all your stuff wasn't tagged or was, and if they can bring it back or not

i wish that was the problem. nope, it's sadly a part of the january problem :( as for your profile picture poofing. that could be because the picture came from the old phone. with the picture gone, it doesn't have a way to put the picture up anymore.
