Don't touch your list yet. I don't know how safe it is considering people's lists were glitching out more than usual yesterday
I don't know if we're getting personalised comments back. I heard someone said they're gone permanently but so far, the only official statement is that rated/tagged works are coming back.

Hi, i just came back to this site, but i have this issue with my "reading" bookmarks, bcs all the comics i put there are gone
And even though it moved to "already read" bookmarks i just realized my comments got deleted too.
I spent a lot of time to write my fav or important chapter and add description too in the comment so it's easier for me to find. But now.... I think I'm gonna cry..
