Amnesia might seem the case for sure if something serious happened. I think it's time to show that soon if it that's case instead of dragging the current plot
Yeah they’re dragging it out too much to the point where Mincheol’s feeling a little out of character at times just to keep the drama going longer.
I feel like Mincheol’s hesitance is deeper than him fearing they would break up. I’m still thinking about the purple haired girl bringing up the incident in high school which caused hanuel to wear that wristband. And the biggest question is if the backstory is so traumatic why does Hanuel seem unphased or traumatized? Like it’s srs enough for the purple haired girl to appear out of nowhere and know how to guilt trip Mincheol using it. And it’s srs enough for Mincheol to keep getting ptsd over it. How come Hanel has no thoughts about it? Are we being kept out of her thoughts or did she block it out from trauma and has amnesia or something?
There’s also the question of why did Mincheol drop sports/ baseball. I remember when their friend from middle school met with them he instantly assumed Mincheol was in the physical education department and was shocked he wasn’t. And Mincheol kept dodging his questions when he asked him why.
There was also a scene in season 1 where Mincheol was going on a morning run and he complained about his shoulder or knee getting sore again which reminds me of people who complain about phantom pain flaring up in surgery sites even after it’s healed. Like how does all of this relate?
