While the story isn’t perfect, it’s annoying how so many people online trash this story cause Iseop is a “manchild” and argue Junseop is a better lead when that’s the POINT of the story. Like do people not read the prologue??? He’s flawed and annoying and supposed to be different than your “typical male lead”; that’s the charm. I get if it doesn’t appeal to some. But don’t start a series that explicitly tells you what it’s about in the prologue and then get mad that it follows through.
I’m not talking about people who criticize the story cause of its writing flaws. I’m talking about people who criticize it for its literal premise.
The prologue literally states “this is the story of a man perfectly defeated by the most perfect man”.
Him being a manchild is the plot, but there is no development on him. Its the same as reading a story about an asshole, u want them to grow out of it but if u see them in the end still being an asshole, what the hell was that all for? That is my critique
For me Iseop is perfect. She on yhe other hand lacks in everything. Lets see: horrible inferiority complex, lack of communication , doesn't trust her man to lead this relation or to solve anything , she is so manly that she acts like a male all the time and now she is flipping everything on him . B**** of u see urself no match for him don't sleep with him tsk tsk

She is the one with her job on the line, everything she has worked for. He is in the position of power and keeps using it to force proximity or put work on her. Her dreams and aspirations? Doesnt matter. His whims ignoring her clear boundaries? Does matter. Maybe she has to act like a "male" in ur standards because the man she is with acts like an infant
Just caught up to the latest chapter (101), and Minato is definitely the best written character by a mile. Sure, he's not the most likable compared to the other mc's but he's got so much depth and development. Really impressed with his writing. Definitely my favorite so far.
