this sounds very much like blood bank and it was labelled as BL. the only discrepancies i would say is that the “white” haired character is blonde… he wasn’t taller either i believe

Ok the artstyle looks really unique and I'll jjst add some more details: black hair vampire met white hair vampire when white hair was looking for more humans or vampires to eat until he encountered black hair vampire from then he stopped eating his own kind and humans
Another one: Black hair vampire used to have a child with human, back in his past but since his child is half half of their kind the human is scared someone will hunt them, eventually someone did hunt and the kind which was a human wanted that kid, fast forward the mother was super scared and was trying to protect their child but the person who was hunting that kid said the necklace the huamn mother has is just some kind of "contract" and isn't actually true love from the vampire, the human mother didn't believe it at first but the person showed her the exact same necklace that the mother human has she devastated so in exchange for the child she gets money from eventually she trade her kid for money, black hair vampire came back and saw the mess, he was looking for their no where to be seen the human mother confessed everything she did, but only because she thought she was decieved idk what happened she was killed by the vampire, black hair vampire went to look for his child but after once he got to the castle it was already too late, being turned into a delicacy, he smelled his child's blood being eaten, fast forward he kills everyone in that castle grieving foreas he lost his child, he wlaks out of the castle in misery, never trusting humans again because of how evil and greedy they can be (ps he has long hair here) Haha

It's about vampires, it's not technically bl but I considered it one
There is a black haired vampire he is shorter and runs a blood business where if they donate blood you will get money and those blood will be there food
The other vampire has white hair he is more taller and the cheerful, optimistic type, White hair vampire never drinks for some reason he does drink from a blood pack but never from a living being because if he does then he uncontrollably eat living beings non stop without getting tired even his own kind
The ending of this is tragic, black vampire dies i think and White Vampire carries his body wj while the both of them walks away from their mansion leaving it behind(what i remembered) and there are side characters, ones a girl and the other is an uncle/old man probably
