Not sure why you said it twice but I sorta agree

I don't mind them having a kid exactly but when the creator feels the need to make them pregnant, make the process long and slow and then make everything a woman would go through with pregnancy and just copy and paste it on a man makes me uncomfy.

Oh there's mpreg? No big deal, at least we get to see cute kids that look like the mc.
Oh he has to magically get a woman's privates...? His chests suddenly look enlarged...? Oh you're also gonna show us the entire delivery scene where they have to cut him open..? Eugh..

Funny thing is omegaverse is full of assault. The heat initiates a situation where the omega has to go through something traumatic. They either get saved before it happens or they are already getting assaulted and 1. They're saved by the alpha or 2. It is their alpha who assaults them. Now if the point is to have mpreg, then a story can definitely be created without omegaverse. A fictional world where science can make it possible for men to get pregnant seems way more enticing then a world where people are labeled with a b or o and get dumb heats. Omegaverse is just such a turd genre.
