I first came across this as the anime and loved it. But the second season never got completed. It was left open with multiple possible endings to keep you guessing and picking the outcome you concluded. Needless to say, it left me very unsatisfied...But! I am so glad I have read the manga. A few things regarding some characters were better handled too, and the ending was just beautiful, and I am very happy with the outcome. Musically speaking, that was the best outcome. They need each other to keep pushing and develop further.
