Only rated/tagged works are being recovered now. Lists data was lost after a disk crash, so they're trying to recover stuff through the rated/tagged receipts. Likely why they're not responding to emails rn and why site fixing is taking longer. They didn't expect to lose the lists data. A crash and list wipe like this has happened before (and managed to recover it), but I doubt they've ever lost the lists data before.
I thought I'd wait a couple of weeks before asking since I didn't want to spam the mods, is there anything I can do to get my 1000+ stuff back? Where would I go to ask for help in this?
