The way I see it, even if he met Kira again, if she had turned out to be different than his expectation, more vibrant, bold, sometimes feisty, sometimes cute.......
He would've still cheated on her.
In the first place, this whole farce is to locate kira, should take few months to a year at max. If he couldn’t even wait till he met her again and is so prone to cheating, no matter what personna she would try to mold into, it would never make her enough.
Cheating...... makes the victim feel insecure, doubt their body, voice, talking habit, self esteem etc. He made Kiran feel this, same would've happened to Kira too. He just isn't the right person.
He doesn't deserve kind people and needs someone cunning, sly and a chronic liar who keeps him on his toes. Not somebody as sweet as Kiran.
I hope Kiran accepts the puppy (Tartufo is cute) But now starts treating his as a friend who he made up with after argument and not as a potential interest. That would show his maturity.
