In the 6th Iteration, using the [Vintage Clock (EX)], MC kinda regressed like hundreds of times to kill her mother and steal her power. In the process of doing so while invading her home, to protect Bom, she was placed by her mother somewhere in the Providence and kinda being special. Bom was able to retain her memories of the event, and watch as the MC repeatedly attempted to kill her mother step-by-step.
Starting with her mother retaining minor injuries and some of her clan members dying, to severe injuries, to life threatening, before finally death. And she watched it all in great details btw.
So she made plans to get revenge, but knowing she can't even defeat him even in her imagination. She just decided to hypnotize herself and remove her memories, learned how to seduce men, optimized her body to look more sexy and seductive, how to look unthreatening to evade the MC's caution, and many other details.
All in order to fall in love with the MC, help him with his goals (aka Kidnap The Dragons), help him regain his humanity, and destroy said Humanity.

Using the last gift given to him by the [Vintage Clock(EX)]. He upgraded the Authority he stole from Bom's mother, returned back to the time of his 6th iteration where he was going on world hopping massacre, stopped the events of Bom's childhood, and saved her, getting put into the Abyss of Providence for thousands of years, and had his existence slowly being destroyed.
So once he was thrown there, we continued to 4 minor arcs/epilogue, for the hatchling living their Adult life in Askalifa, their home world. With Bom going on a quest to become the Dragon Lord, aka the strongest being equal to the MC.
Which is dictated by her mother, as she was watched 24/7. I mean 24/7, as her mother alongside some Black Dragons, were hiding inside her, watching her all the time, so she doesn't have any ideas other than the return of the Black Dragon's in Askalifa, cause they were banished for being destructive.
And experience hell for like 1000 years, equal to the suffering of the MC, with her body being destroyed in various ways., as she goes to war in that entire time frame. Like permanent disability, living on drugs to go on her day to day life to cope with the trauma, having the thing in her heart that allowed her to have children be wrecked and unhealable.
So using the one time opportunity given to every newly crown Dragon Lord, to grant any wish for one-time, and she was supposed to make them return to Askalifa and be recognized as one of the Dragon's and not the dregs/trash of the universe, and also kill the other baby Dragons btw.
But she didn't do any of her mother's wishes from the start. Cause she had a different wish, to return to their happy life in their small home in Earth. So with the other baby dragons now adult still alive, and she told each of them the skeletons in the MC's closet (Like him hating each of them to the very core of his existence. Especially to Bom, cause he tortured her for research, cause of her strong vitality, and the various atrocity he did to them in the past iteration.)
So, using the wish, she started the 8th Iteration, with her and the other baby dragons still retaining their memory. However, she split a fragment of her existence, transformed it into a small white bird, to support and help the 1st Iteration Yu Jitae, which is the same bird of the [Vintage Clock(EX)].
Then, they had their own happy ending, with Yu Jitae ending up with Bom, and having their own child, as they alongside the baby dragons spent their happy daily life.
