Did he break half of his bones? How is he still alive??

He also survived 7 days without food and water all while pouring out semen. I think it has something to do with the marking on his stomach, like he is not fully human anymore

He might have water since the sucubi ant hive or whatever he's fallen into was partialy under water but you are right it probably has more to do with him not being human anymore
