If you're referring to Loriena, she's a homunculus. She's basically the Minancy test tube baby. Eye color, magic, politeness, all artificial/alchemy.
Grey eyes might be a side effect of her running out of mana, since her eye color is reliant on that too, since, well, magical test tube baby runs on mana, go figure.
Wait a min, is that a different person or is she possessed by some evil entity or mind controlled bc her eyes are a different shade it went from green to grey
