Cuntboy is BOT BL. Like let’s not pretend it’s the same genre. It changes the dynamic, the themes, and even the target audience. Calling it BL just because the characters look like men feels disingenuous. If the appeal is primarily the anatomy kink, then it’s fetish content not BL. It’s about relationships between men the feelings, the tension, the intimacy. The moment you start centering female anatomy as the main draw, you’re changing the whole premise. That’s not just a variation, at that point it’s a whole different category.
generally don't mind it, but I wish people would be more straightforward about depicting and being attracted to trans men or thinking they're sexy. same thing with "femboys" or otokonoko or whatever people are calling it. it's relegated to being simply fetish content and not many people want to take it past that and treat trans people as whole people/characters in fiction because of transphobia.

A lot of manga artists are slowly shifting to cuntboys content, and people are mad because they say, “Isn’t this BL anymore?”
What are your opinions about it?
