It was a manga
I remember the manga having a love triangle and one of the two characters who were dating or something developed feelings for another person. And the other in the relationship knows that about his feelings. And in the end it was revealed that he was turning back time to try to stop the other from developing feelings for someone else. Sorry if it’s confusing
