you have to email mangago with the title, alt titles, author, genre, and summary. then attach separate files (like imgur links) of the cover and the first chapter.

HOWEVER
Because of the site crash, devs are not reading emails right now. Therefore, you can't start uploading until they approve it unfortunately. Two other uploaders are unfortunately having this issue as well.
