Had the same problem back in January. I asked a friend of mine but she had no problem then it happened to her last month. We still have no idea what exactly happened but I've been using this since 2020/2021 so I had kept way over 800 works in all these years
MGGO has previously had lists wiped due to site crashes. It happened a few years back actually, I just forgot what year. (Maybe 2024?) In the past, they were able to recover stuff as the lists data was intact.
(I personally didn't experience this. I already had an account then, but I was inactive and didn't notice anything as they recovered everything. Apparently has happened before.)
This time, the site crashed on Jan 26 and lists were wiped again. Developers were recovering everything as usual until ~ Feb 4. We received news that the disk containing lists data crashed and the information was lost. Because of this, they're recovering what they can to lists based on rated/tagged data.
I've seen people use the site through the entire month of February without realising their lists have been gone the entire time. Though this time, as the issue couldn't be completely fixed, more people noticed it.

Most of my read manga list just dissappeared and the reading and want to read are entirely gone, what do I do about it? Or how can I get it back?
