I see people saying they have had no issues, but other people still are. Just be more careful.
Make sure you check each entry goes into your lists. Go to your lists page and refresh ~20 seconds after adding it to see if it goes in properly. I say also add it to your browser bookmarks or favourites in case. The site isn't working as it should sometimes so just be more careful than usual.
Another issue I've seen is not being able to delete stuff from your list. I talked to a user who couldn't delete something from their list on March 4. I followed up and they still can't do it on March 8.
I personally advise against it, but that's my opinion.
