Unless they're my very very close friend whom ik they only said that as a [joke], I'd be offended. So yes it is rude for anyone to call you senile especially if you aren't close to them

Not really @OP in that case, it's rude for anyone to call you senile for smth you like/have an interest in, regardless of your relationship or how close you are. Unless of course, your interests are on the depraved side of things....
it kinda depends on her tone? it is rude technically but also in alot of online spaces this is normal banter tbh (calling someone old/unc etc) probably best thing to do is ask her what she actually meant by it and clear it out with her if you're offended
