I’d like to say emotions and tears are not weakness but can be proof of strength hardships comes at us all in many forms those who bottle it up and pretend while remaining wholly logical never truly cared so why would they cry? In my head those who are in tune with their heart and feelings are truly strong individuals who can cry freely while happy or sad and stand for what they wish or desire in moments of bravery where most would cower and hide in the shadows after being criticized even a little but the rumours in that high society are in a way terrifying for a lady just turning into an adult and already their name was smeared through the mud with no help she had her friends and family a great connection when going through heartbreak but she wouldn’t give up didn’t let it wear her down for far longer than most would be able to hold out for after being ignored and thought hated for 11 years with absolutely NOTHING from the ml you would be a teary mess too when your heart is wavering under the affection they once desired for over 10 long years only showing up after giving up because apparently there’s a big “misunderstanding” wholly created by the ml wanting to protect her and yet that damaged her in a very different manner it can be seen as a bit of trauma something so psychological would make you want to cry when you thought life was finally gonna get better and your heart was wrapped together after 3 years of healing only to be shaken by the same love claiming your their fiancée lets imagine compassion and empathy now let’s stand in the fls shoes for just as many years pining for their first love who suddenly changed one day with no words to you is she weak for showing emotions that have been apart of her since childhood or is she strong for being brave and standing strong to her wishes despite all the ghouls trying to drag her down through words or actions alike labeling her a stalker pathetic every single one will stick to her until something of a bigger force shuts the majority out silencing lies with truth but the ml doesn’t seem to open to the idea of free communication and honesty, I think we are mistaking moments of vulnerability for weakness when the ability to show vulnerability and express those emotions are stronger than our society has made us think it’s all a way to squash empathy it’s been a loooong practice and crying was always used as a way to control emotions and subconscious thoughts persona opinion ofc everybody has their own I just think that this only has about 20 chapters so far still early in development so we’ll only be able to see if it is truly weakness or true strength when it is completed every author has their own ideas and plan in store we can be patient and take the full picture in near the end to see if this work is good or not. If your looking for a regular strong character villainess stories are better than ones like this meant for sole romance where the fl crushes all those in her way through logic or pure force in different forms romance usually not being apprentice until much later there are exceptions ofc but this story she’s literally just a regular noble lady who had a first love and pined which is pretty common except she was outwards and honest about her feelings truly brave in the structure of the time he didn’t do anything horrible to her it was just quiet disappointment and that hurts enough she doesn’t have any big skill we know of yet but we see a dreamfull young adult trying to coordinate a life that will make her happy because there’s way too many ways for a lady of the time to be miserable we aren’t following the hero of her own story but a girl in love with other conflicts obviously but seeing how quick they went with it I can only assume this story has its main focus on their romance so well see I guess(￣∇￣")
If you’re looking for a weak female lead that’s what this is or at least from up to what I’ve read.
She cries a lot, for someone who said she’s over the ML she’s obviously not. She even forgives him too soon,
ok so what I was expecting was she finally came to her senses and took 3yrs for herself to heal then comes back he regrets his actions and tries to get her forgiveness while explaining the situation and why he was so mean.
But instead, she cries when talking to him, she is pretty dumb when the answers are literally right there and what the heck was she doing those 3yrs cuz obviously it wasn’t spent on getting over him! #－.－)
I dropped this when she forgave him which is around what ch 12 I can’t remember. Well this is just my opinion but others might like it. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
