Well lacking in basic seems pretty clear for those who has the same vision as i do, but if you dont then you do you mate..nobody force you.
I only wrote what i felt after reading this, but here for your POV
BASIC INFO, BG story.. all of the sudden he was there, an OP guy.. i know they explain it thru the story but there're so many plot hole,
The PACE.. kinda fast, doesnt flowed well.. idk if it gets cut but remember the golem guy that plan to go to eatiry?
Ohh i posted it too fast, my bad..
*eatery i mean..
They never show it and all of sudden they get along well..
Im not complaining too much, the art and concept are great, the dragon? Cute as hell..
But only lacks in basic.. have you ever read bizarre restaurant?
Both has the same concept, but better flow.. its really a good manhwa.. i can understand the story well even each chara's BG story
I would say it's better this way, instead of those long, absolutely boring chapters with retrospection, we slowly and naturally learn about main character, same way as you would in real life or even in some books. Not every story needs to give you all the answers at the start, the character background, their friends and family. I think this way of story telling is better and less boring, I often skip all those chapter where in the middle of action they cut to the retrospection and tell us everything we could easily deduct from small details here and there in the main story. But that's my personal preference in the end
You probably meant vitality. It doesn't feel "alive" in a way that moves you. I've read Bizzare restaurant too so I can pretty much tell what you're on about. It might be because of how the art is presented. It feels more simple and less saturated compared to the other shounen manhwas out there. Manhwas with novel origins mostly overcompensate with art and presentation to make a boring story feel impressive and immersive.
I personally do enjoy this tho because it doesn't feel overdone. Not the best but not the worst either.

Its good but lacks of basic thing
