I kept searching and eventually found it myself. Figured I'd put it here in case anyone saw this question and was curious.

I read this manga a while ago. The seme isn't human, he's some sort of man-eating creature that survives off of the spit/semen of other people. Both seme and uke are still in high school and the school nurse is the same type of creature the seme is.
Apparently the people you are attracted to taste better and he when he falls in love and him and uke end up having the inevitable drama the nurse tells seme to eat uke bone and all (evidently they can) but he doesn't and they make up and end up together.
I remember the story, I even remember the way they look but I cannot for the life of me, remember the name.
