so sad to see on twt how this ending is considered controversial just bc they didn't do the same thing other characters in other manhwas did, which is getting married in a different country.

some ppl just have to understand how queer culture is in other countries, and besides, sk won't honor their marriage, so if anything happens to sol, haebom would have no rights to him :/// like this is literally how they can only be legally bound for life and have rights to one another.

with that said, I wish their ending days are filled with sunshine and happiness always. I love them both so muchhj :')))

Well said ! I’m surprised sometimes to see how people always try to find controverse even with a kind story like this. I guess I’m getting too old. Generation gap maybe ? ^^

It shows how privilege some people are that they dont even considere how is it like being born on a country without legal gay marriage

critical thinking has been lost over the years sadly :') some make incestuous jokes over this story, seemingly finding it incapable to find the deeper layers of what this decision symbolizes.

"it's just fiction!" is what they will always say when they get called out, but there's fiction that is derived from reality, and this manhwa is one of those. so sad how we discount the story and undermine the message behind this just bc it's "fiction" as they say.
