What's the matter on this site ? I receive many notifications for updates but in fact most of the manga have no updates. It's very boring and disagreable...

There is a slight delay for notifications for new ups. So if you happen to read a chapter before the notification, you will still receive that notification for the chapter read. I’ve noticed this for months now.
Thats weird because I'm OVERLOADED with updates. But I NEVER mark something as reading. Always as "ive already read"
I know but it's not that. I've noticed too, if you read the coments, sometimes you can see there is a new chapter before the notification. But here, sometimes it's old manga, completed, that I've read 2 or 3 years ago.
It's a recent matter, between 1 or 2 weeks. It wasn't like that before.
If you’ve marked something as already read because you’ve either dropped or stalled it, and don’t want updates, you can turn off updates by clicking on edit and deselect subscribe to updates. This feature is automatically turned on when adding to reading and read lists.
Erm in both reading and already read you subscribe to manga so you get notifications either way if the manga isn’t completed and gets updated. And also maybe cuz of the change in status etc like they said
Yeah, that’s weird. I know this website is being overhauled these past few weeks, wonder if that has something to do with it or maybe just a thing like what @Irrevelent mentioned.

"update" here is not only limited to new chapters added. Mangago will also send a notification when
(1) blurry chapters/pages have been replaced
(2) chapters/pages that contain nonmanga related ads were removed
(3) missing chapters/pages were added
(4) duplicate chapters/pages were removed
(5) chapters/pages not in order were corrected
If you are unsatisfied with the answer I provided or if the issues are still unresolved, then you can raise your concern to the webmaster by sending an email to [email protected]

I admit the plot of this season is really too heavy and dark. Maybe the author really want to close definitely the chapter with that shitty old fart. I mean even in the past seasons they manage to restrain him, he was still here. Hiden in the dark preparing to take actions. I just hope the plot won’t be too much drama nor tragedy. I know it’s common in Korea orJapan to have an elder who reign on his family like a tyrant but I really can’t understand why the people cannot rebel against it. I don’t wan’t to be rude but it's really unbelievable for me...
