Context? Been long since I last read this
When uke (soohan) broke up with seme (taeyul) to save the 2nd lead's life (sungjoon), taeyul became depressed and drank lots of alcohol. Taeyul's actor friend/ex-collegue (ig shinhyuk) picked him up from somewhere cause he was drunk and out of his mind, shinhyuk bought taeyul back home. Taehyul waked up next morning and he was hugging shinhyuk. Shinhyuk showed taehyul some hickeys and claimed that they slept together, but later we got to know that they did not sleep together and the hickeys on shinhyuk was from a hookup when he was in a party. In the story, shinhyuk never tells taehyul that they didnot sleep together cause he was annoyed by taehyul dumping him
(I forgot to mention, shinhyuk always had a small crush on taehyul, he didnot want tae to be his bf but wanted to always sleep with him)
