Most publishing sites will have a contact section, you can use that email to send in your request for interest in a sereies. Other publishers will have monthly surveys (like Seven Seas, Kodansha, Tokyopop etc) where they ask readers what kinds of stories you'd like to see them publish. They usually announce on their social media like twt when the survey is open and will have a link to fill out the survey listed in the announcement.
Guys, they had to drop it due to the author's personal request. So there won't be a new fan translation. Let's hope there will be a official translation one day.
