Like nightingale said, with what evidence?
We see her have to prove over and over that the exiled brother was an issue.
She was too young and had zero evidence.
Plus her mom didn't die like this in the book.
She is neither naive or inactive.
We see her demand assurance and put her child self in danger multiple times.
She's playing nice, like revenge only when the bad guy attempted/did something first. This is why a villain mc story more up my alley. I would poison them when i made connection with the new queen. If the disfavoured concubine can bribe and poison people, the new queen should be able to do it much easier.
Then you're reading the wrong genre lol.
This ain't a revenge story in that way.
The og book also didn't have a lot of this mentioned? She found out a lot of what she does know by accidentally being in the right spot to overhear.
If she just poisoned them randomly she would get in trouble.
You can't attack and kill someone in this universe and then just say "well the og book has him as a villain" especially when they haven't done anything yet?
The exiled concubine also barely did anything.
That's why the prince drank poison. Bc their plan failed immediately

She's too naive and reactive instead of proactive
The psycho mom and prince should be killed off way earlier, especially since she knew they would poison people
