I don’t care whether he slept with them or not. After all reassurances, uke is introduced to his concubines without any warning about why they are here.
You are a joke, not a man. You didn’t betray me physically, but emotionally.....you piece of trash.

    Yep, my thoughts exactly.

Whatever the reason, we don’t care. Such a letdown

    Dropping or marinating?

    Oh HELLL NOOO

So we all hate Shuraka now right? Im totally on....

PS. Im sure with your anger issues (only in this kind of situations of course) you did not make it through full chapter so just marinate it. I will keep you updated and let you know if its worth to go back to it.

Hua Cheng with the passionate bitterness calling out the beloved's emotional betrayal and injustice. I know that's right.

    Agreed

One more thing: stop fucking calling him “BELOVED.” It’s disgusting

Sweetheart, what are we gonna do now?
We had soooo high hopes for this one. I think the only way for us to forgive him is if it’s revealed that all these concubines are hidden assassins, especially trained and chosen to protect his queen.

Marinating it. Gojo let me know too when its time to come back here(or if......)

Now that you put it into more perspective. Yeahhh...Shuraka suddenly showed up and called Tei "beloved" straight out the gate...ehmmmmm, this is moving too soon.

Tei may have allowed such term to be used previously as Shuraka was just a kid, or as an understanding on the cultural/political setting as the bride...but he got kicked out of said kingdom, assumed he was thrown away and stripped out of said title and reverence; therefore, it might be an emotional trip or subconscious emotional discomfort to be suddenly called "beloved" now. No explanation, no conversation on what happened, not even the servants might give him a clue on what truly happened. So...to try to act all lovey dovey like nothing happened and pretend to go back to the good old days when...you are - from a harsher point of view- a complete foreign grown ass man. To be called "beloved" now by said person; who might resemble that child a little but has fully grown to bear the duty of a king/padisha alongside governing such powerful and rich kingdom -with previous assassinations for the throne and your sudden switch on personality during that horse-carriage ride to Arnata. That fleeting memory is gone now.

Being called "beloved" when they both have been apart for more than 10 years and never had that kind of "full groom and bride ethereal and firm companionship and passion forever with whimsical romantic love" in the first place might feel too overbearing or even unsettling as - from Tei's perception- this has been settled as a political marriage in the first place when the terms were agreed on; besides, Tei would not be here in the first place if he did not offer himself up to avoid the Leracal princess' hand to be given to Arnata. Would Shuraka's unfathomable love intensity been the same for the princess if Tei did not intervene? What makes Tei special for Shuraka then? Or was this all just a mere coincidence and any candidate would have been fit and given that same devotion from Shuraka's heart, regardless of who that was? oh mah heart.
