It's too good of a story to drop it over the female character, it's her position unfortunately that makes her annoying, but the story in itself is amazing

Should I read this and skip every female characters part?
The plot is really good, but you can't skip the annoying female interaction because it's an important part of the plot and it's just another somewhat main character that is a woman who is supposed to be the MC's boss
