There is a novel!!?

This is the second novel mirror of targo! It’s been some months since I read it uhh from what I remember soon after this Kay bumps into a foreign envoy who thinks he’s a prostitute trying to get into the kings favor this guy ends up being the brother of a foreign king.
Zigil find Kay soon after this Kay doesn’t mention this interaction, and Zigril asks why Kay and Schumann were together. Schumann lies about the treason and mentions a baby dragon that Zigil let live because Schumann wanted the dragon to grow up and grow its hoard so he can steal gold from it. But mentions that now there’s a new treasure, the mirror of targo.
The mirror of targo is a mirror hat shows the viewer their greatest desire and Zigril wants it now.
I think at some points in time Zigril also contemplates impregnating Kay again but he rather have the mirror first meanwhile Kay doesn’t know this and just wants to leave. But he keeps noticing little things about Zigril (cuz he loves him and doesn’t know it yet)
They want more info about the mirror so they go to a city where a black market district where a lot of fucked up sexual things occurs and may gets lost.
While he gets lost he bumps into that forging guy again and the guy wants him but Kay manages to escape him
They go back the palace with a thing they bought at the black market and bam foreign guy is there again and not knowing Kay is the empress asks him to marry him. Saying sorry that he thought Kay was a prostitute and that Kay has been on his mind ever since all the times they’ve met.
Kay says he’s married and the guy is like does it matter? Do you love him? Kay hesitates… it doesn’t matter cuz Zigril hears this all and immeidtaly cuts the guys head off king’s brother or not. The kind understand this because his brother essentially tried to steal a foreign empress so nothing comes of this. This is also bad because Zigril thinks that Kay has met up with this guy a bunch of times behind his back but in reality it was all accidental
Zigril is really silent to Kay after all this time and you can kinda tell he’s really upset by Kay’s lack of response meanwhile Kay just doesn’t understand what’s wrong with Zirgril cuz in his head Zigril has no emotions and no care so therefore shouldn’t have been hurt by his response.
They end up following the clue from the thing they bought and Kay is done with Zigril’s cold treatment (though if he really hated the man you’d think he’d be fine with it) and he actually half initiates some sexy time with Zigril.

And that’s halfway through the novel I got sick of translating it and it got a bit boring for a couple of pages but here are some spoilers I read for end:

They find the mirror of targo
Kay finds out that his secret desire is actually to be with Zigril.
Kay then willingly becomes pregnant with a second child with Zigril.
Idk what happened with Schumman
