Ok I read this a while ago but ml confesses to mc and mc thinks it’s because ml is trying to mess up his final exam performance by dating and accepts it and pretends to be in love the whole time ml is being genuine. Mc is hurt everytime ml acts sweet to him while they are dating coz he thinks he’s faking it ( he wants it to be real but doesn’t realise his feelings). He keeps this up until exam I think to prove that it didn’t affect him and then after the exam says to ml like you thought I could be fooled I knew it was an act all along and ml gets so hurt that that’s what mc thought of him the whole time and they break up ml hates him and doesn’t want to see him anymore. Dumbass Mc ( realises his feelings after knowing the truth) wants to stop ml from leaving coz he knew it would be the end if he did and blurts out if ml wants to have sex with him. Ml gets hurt again and asks if mc thinks he’s that cheap but agrees as sort of a punishment for mc. They plan to have sex and ml makes it a humiliating ritual for mc ( asking him to do things he would normally never do ). Mc does it because he’s desperate and wants to patch things. No rape and it’s honestly very cute. Ml still actually likes mc but just wants to get back at him so he pretends to be super mad. And after sex they talk and make up and start dating again. And then after for i don’t remember what reason, mc abusive family sends him to a boarding school ( I don’t think they found out he was gay or smtg I think he messed up his results but not sure). Ml doesn’t know what happened and loses contact with mc and mc from the boarding school reach out to ml and wants to escape from there with him. They do and go on a vacation somewhere and then after mc realises he has to go back to his family but decides to stand ground this time and then idk how but convinces his parents to let him do what he wants and they stopped being as strict after he ran away. Then they get accepted to same school and move in together. Mc studying to be a doctor ml idk what and we get a few cute episodes later. That’s it.
