well no, the scene was literally just in a bathroom/washroom (you can see the bath in the back). if you look at the unofficial translation, they just say bathroom. neither is more correct than the other, the term "washroom" has the exact same meaning as "bathroom". it's just a regional difference used almost exclusively in canada.
