Idk. I think Ian did the right thing. He put an end to Jo and their relationship because he can't love him like he does TJ. Y'all called him brid just because of your view that Jo is the obvious better choice but it doesn't work like that bruh. The biggest brid are the readers that couldn't understand that what Ian wanted to leave behind was never TJ but the organization the violence that came with it and TJ didn't chose Ian. What he chose at the time was the organization. Read the story and not once did I feel that TJ and Ian love ever fade. Even when they are separate and wasn't in the same frame. I still feel their love for one another. It was never gonna be Joseph no matter how good of a person he is because just like irl you can't force yourself to love someone just because they're nice to you. Ian isn't a reward or price for Jo good behavior.
