A comic where the ml was fat but then got sent away to this camp to lose weight and it was like actual torture like they were chased after by wild animals and insane shit like that. And he has a friend who was another rich kid (a girl) and the mc gets jealous of her, but shes actually just a kid who was also sent to that insane camp thing.
The camp is set in the us and the characters are korean.
Not sure if it was a bl or not just know that that plotline was totally out of pocket. Like you could not have expected it.
