Lol he met her for the first time on their forced wedding day and he didn’t even look at her because he’d been forced into the marriage anyway. Didn’t even stay the night, he went off and warred for years. The fact that he even forgot he was married isn’t all that shocking. It’s fk’d up but it doesn’t actually make him trash. What’s also fk’d yo is the royal family trying to keep the land when they left her with nothing and no protection for so long. The fact that the king remembered she existed makes him more irritating to me; why didn’t he move his sister-in-law into the palace after his brother went to war?
Terrible. ML was genuinely interested in a different woman while married to FL. So, ew. Why on earth would I continue reading this story with a trash ML.
