Yeah full circle moments tbh
I really loved it esp cus it was so bittersweet in the earlier chapters when he felt like he took something away from his child self and from his dad. Like the constant push and pull between what he felt and what he had to do and questioning his place and worth in his father’s life.
At least kid Hee Jae (somewhat) will have 1 more person to rely on
i rly loved how hee jae follows the teachings of his dad throughout this entire manhwa and its precisely these teachings that made it easier for his dad to realize that HJ isnt his disciple but his son.
its the way his dad be like my successor wouldn't be this soft and be hesitant to kill a humanoid monster. as a Parent, who can bear to teach ur own child to be ruthless,, instead he would rather make sure his own son is safe and be away from dangerous things. TwT hearing HJ say "father" just makes my heart ache and im glad i marinated this manhwa long enough for the reveal cuz i would go crazy waiting!! though now im curious about the dad finding out the name on the metal tags...
