There’s no ex but there were flashbacks of alphas that tried to take advantage of the omega but he beat them all to a pulp. We don’t know if he’s a virgin or not but the author never explicitly say anything about that, tho we know the seme is the only one he’s ever felt this way and his body reacted to.
