After you create an account, you might have to log in again sometimes. Then, search for the Novel you want to read; the chapters will be there, and you can click on them. I hope that helps.
If you want to read all the chapters and can‘t wait for the ENG Translation you could try Booktoki and try to translate it into English

I would recommend starting with chapter 1, even if you have read the manhawa.
