alr think I’m crazy the official translations in ch26 have ML sounding way creepier than the unofficial one — maybe “cute” isn’t the right word but hey for an end to a cosmic horror (〜￣△￣)〜 can’t deny he’s always “been himself” around her
I spoiled myself but it was less sick/scary than I feared from the comments actually. As far as cosmic horror rom-com goes, honestly… I liked the writing and it was a fun and satisfying read, I binged it ^^
really, it’s kinda a cute rom-com mostly, with clues that things aren’t as they seem. it’s the last chapters where the mystery fully unravels.
I hate rich-arrogant-CEO-who-mistreats-FL stories, but this doesn’t have those vibes. ML is almost puppy-like, and the plot is an eerie amnesiac romance!

FL is relatable and level-headed, and doesn’t give in easily — and as for the ML, well I can’t judge his actions by human standards. he’s a force of nature who gains an obsession that turns into something resembling love.
As for the ending, I kind of get where my girl is coming from. What do you do when you realize the difference between hell and ignorant bliss?
