No fr. Like okay u can’t sense pheromones but that doesn’t mean uke is the only one who can sense semes pheromones. Or was this stated so? Seme is excited and high off the new feelings uke has brought him. But the uke is entering this like any other relationship. It just seems so unbalanced. I definitely get ur hesitation about the dynamic.
yeaa that's the thing. And when the uke asks him what he likes about him, it felt a lil....? Like he couldn't really name it because it feels like he doesn't like the uke, he likes who HE can be when he is with the uke ....I think the author will find a way to balance out the dynamic in the plot later on so I'm just holding on to that for now
Essentially, I hope they don't move based only on the fact that the uke is the only one who senses the seme's pheromones. They should actually love each other for who they are and not the pheromones thingy....:((~_~)

idk what is coming next but i think that topic of conversation is coming up soon. i think ml assumed his fated mate would be the only one who could smell him so he is mostly caught up in the fact that he found somebody who could, and thus believes he found his fated mate. having a potential mate also affirms that he is in fact an alpha which is an ego boost for him, and having this hot popular guy everyone at work loves lose it over him is another affirmation/ego boost. But I think at the end of ch 3 when he is actually affected by MC‘s pheromones, he realizes for the first time what it means to actually hyper focus on their genders instead of caring about who MC is as a person. That’s why he walked away and said ‘I only see you as an omega right now. I’m sorry I have to leave.’ cause I think it took until he was actually impacted by the pheromones to recognize how kind of dehumanizing it is to stake everything upon them instead of caring about who it is that you’re with.
Like I said, I haven’t read the raws or the next chapters yet, but if this author is worth their salt, then I would hope to see further exploration and discussion along this train of thought in chs 4 and 5!

Well they’re both characters with flaws who don’t have very good thoughts when first meeting. Mc judged by ML looking down on him at first sight and ML also only saw Mc for the reason you spoke of. You could say if another guy showed up that was exactly mc’s type, he would’ve gone for him instead of the ml. Realistically they both did not truly like each other at first which makes sense because they only just met. The point of the story is showing them both getting development. Idk why you see that as an issue when it was only early into their relationship he felt that way

I agreed to this but I also see the point of what she said too. It does feel off.. but the seme already stated his loyalty for his fates mate even tho he wasn't "Inlove" he wanted to commit. Also a scene where they had s3x he then realized he only saw him as an omega instead of a person which shows his character development! And his omega too:) He isn't that bad hes a very much of a green flag right now!
Hmmm Am I the only one slightly bothered by the fact that the seme seems to only like the uke because the uke can make him feel like an alpha? I'm really trying to like this, and I think the art is really really nice. But their dynamic is feeling like, if another omega who can make this seme feel like an alpha shows up, he would leave this uke for the omega...? Also, he seems very eager to know what it truly is like to be an alpha, it's like he can't wait to be with this omega so that he can be an alpha again
