I'm on a great run rn, so let me suggest some of my faves at the moment
1. Sahan: Dame author as Green Apple Paradise. Still new, but you can tell it's gonna be bloody interesting. The author is very intentional with the story.
2. Dreadful Night: Horror otome setting. ML is a psycho but MC has been desensitized at this point.
3. Paljae: You'll know why I recmended this within the first 5 chapter. Excellent, excellent storytelling, but it loses the way in between I feel. Gets back on track though.
4. Yang IL Woo and I: SHOULDVHAVE BREN FIRST. Ongoing but a very, very moving story. Holy fucking shit.

occult romantic comedy, updates are semi slow ish and the original novel in korean is long finished but not in fully translated english as of now

to summarize, it’s about an a list play boy actor and supernatural detective who’re working together (with a heavy ongoing slow burn)
the thing is, what I love about it is that it doesn’t immediately throw sex from the first chapter in your face, as the story is more so focused on the actual plot and unsolved mystery
don’t get me wrong there is subtle and not so subtle romance but tim and jonathan aren’t actually together yet, hence the heavy ongoing slow burn
it’s one of little hidden gems of a read that deserves a higher rating then it has, as if you pay attention to the plot it’s really fun and interesting
